This year, a new event will be added, the 12 hour relay team. Teams can have 2 to 4 team members and it is up to the team how they will divide up the loops.

Join us at Mansfield Outdoor Centre in Mulmur, ON on June 1st for a 5k, 10k, 25k and 50k trail race on single track with a beer festival finish! ChipTiming will be looking after us again for precision timing. The Great Mansfield 2024 is honoured to donate a portion of each registration towards the Alliston & District Humane Society to help fund their expansion and their important work with pets in need of forever homes. The Fat Ass as we lovingly call it began 19 years ago with 23 participants who didn't quite know what they had gotten themselves into and who fell in love with running the trails of the Batawa area. Over the years the Fat Ass has grown to be one of the biggest trail races in Ontario, and despite the size of it, we maintain the inclusive atmosphere so everyone feels welcome; fast, slow, young, old, runners and walkers.
